Reward Points/Plunder Points

The Vaping Vikings reserves the right to make changes to rewards points at any time. If at any time there is change to be made effecting the exchange rate, customers will be notified of the upcoming change by email. Email notification will be sent 30 days in advance to allow customers to use their points before any change. We recommend using your reward points regularly because at any stage the Law could change at any time not allowing reward points in this industry. This means that at any time if we are requested by Government to discontinue reward points you will not be able to use them.

Delivery

The Vaping Vikings use Australia Post & Sendle Courier for shipping, all deliveries with tracking once marked delivered by Australia Post/Sendle is the responsibility of the customer.

If your delivery is marked as delivered by Australia Post/Sendle but you are unable to locate your delivery you will need to contact Australia Post Customer Support on 137678.

Once the package is with Australia Post/Sendle it is your responsibility to keep track of your delivery. You will receive tracking information from us if your shipment is being delivered by Australia Post & if by courier, Sendle will send your tracking information to your email, please check your spam folder.

The Vaping Vikings are not responsible for excess costs due to not picking up your item from the Post Office on time if you are carded - or not arranging for re-delivery by Sendle couriers if you are carded. Sendle. If re-delivery is needed you can use the links provided in the tracking email that Sendle will send you to arrange this.

If you have not picked up within 10 business days the package could be returned to The Vaping Vikings.

If you do not provide a contact number for Australia Post and they contact The Vaping Vikings because they can not find the delivery location, then the package will be returned to The Vaping Vikings.

Once the package has been returned to The Vaping Vikings, if you wish to have the package shipped again or change to another address, then another delivery charge will be required.

Depending on the size of order, The Vaping Vikings can at times split order into two shipments and you will get two tracking numbers. We will always notify you if this is going to happen.

We offer delivery to Perth Northern Suburbs - Payment must be made via the Web site before delivery. We cannot guarantee a delivery time but we will do our best to arrange a time that is suitable for you.

You must check the delivery area map to see if this option is available for your suburb.

Battery Disclaimer The Vaping Vikings

Due to recent news reports on Lithium Batteries the following now applies to all Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries of any brands.

When using all Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries they must be treated with extreme caution as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode or catch fire if mishandled.

Never use any Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries if visible signs of damage present

Always use a good quality branded charger (available on website if needed)
Always store and transport your batteries in a non-conductive container/PVC battery cases (available on website if needed)

Never leave Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries in devices for long periods of time without use.

Never use Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries above or at their operation capacity as stated by the manufacturer, this could possibly cause damage to battery.

Always charge batteries on a fireproof surface and even in a safety charging bag (available on website if needed)

Never charge batteries unattended. Never modify your batteries or chargers in any way, shape, or form.

Use of Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries without a protection circuit is potentially hazardous.

Use of mechanical mods and home built set ups including coil building variable voltage, wattage and temperature control without appropriate protection circuits installed by a person/s without knowledge and understanding to the components/make up of a Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR battery and with a limited or zero understanding of the use of a multi-meter or a limited or zero understanding of electrical science should not even think about it using Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries in this way.

Training from YouTube or the Internet does not in anyway make you an expert in Mods.

The Vaping Vikings will not be held responsible or liable for misuse, damage, or injury caused by a Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR battery, due to improper use or handling or limited or zero knowledge of use in your device.

Devices are not limited to vaping equipment they also include hover boards, torches, RC equipment and any product that is using a Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR battery.

If you feel at any stage that you have done nothing wrong and have a case or claim for any damage or loss due to a Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR battery and are 100% sure that it is a manufacturers fault you will be provided the necessary information for the manufacturer.

As all Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries are manufactured in China it would be expected that all equipment including the device relating to a claim would need to be sent to the manufacturer for testing at your expense.

No claims can be directed to The Vaping Vikings, we are not a manufacturer of batteries.

By purchasing Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries from The Vaping Vikings you are acknowledging and understanding the risks and volatility of Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR batteries. You are also confirming that you have the required knowledge and experience stated above with complete understanding of use and care for a Lithium IMR, ICR and IFR battery cell.

All products (if applicable) for sale on The Vaping Vikings website including and not limited to vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, e-liquids and all components used to make your own e-liquids, are not and have never been endorsed nor tested by The Vaping Vikings as smoking cessation products and have not been endorsed nor tested as such by the TGA in Australia.

The Vaping Vikings makes no claim of any health benefits nor claim they will help you give up smoking by using the products sold on the website.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS

The e-liquids we sell contain food grade ingredients and are considered a consumable product, we do not allow returns or exchanges other than in the case of a manufacturing defect, as required by the ACL. (Australian Consumer Law)

We endeavour to produce and supply you with quality, excellent tasting e-liquids, but we can't guarantee that you will love every e-juice – everybody's Taste is different, what you may consider the best tasting e-liquid others may not think the same- we cannot offer a replacement or refund for any e-liquid on the basis of your personal preferences alone. 

As these items are considered consumable and will degrade with use over time, the warranty period for these items does not apply once the items have been removed from their original packaging and put to use. We do not offer a warranty for any coils, cotton, wick, or wire that have not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's or our instructions, have not been sufficiently primed, or have been used at incorrect or unsafe wattage's.

In some limited circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may accept the return and exchange of coils you purchase that are unsuitable for the device you intend to use them in, on the condition that the items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item to us, and for the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

As all rechargeable batteries degrade with use over time, we offer a fourteen day warranty period on all batteries to ensure that the cells you receive are in acceptable working order when you receive them. It is your responsibility to immediately test any battery you purchase upon receipt to ensure that it is discharging normally and capable of being recharged.

Warranty Conditions

Not withstanding our obligations under the ACL, if a product develops a fault due to damage incurred by your incorrect actions, including but not limited to accidental damage, incorrect handling, using a device in a manner contrary to its intended purpose, using inappropriate consumables not intended for use in the product, using liquids or other substances not provided by us, or any other action contrary to the manufacturer's or our instructions, this warranty shall be considered void.

The product must be used in accordance with manufacturer's or our instructions. This warranty does not apply should the defect in or failure of the product be attributable to misuse, abuse, accident, act of God such as lightning, or no observance of manufacturer's or our instructions on the part of the user. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear in the product or its parts.

The Vaping Vikings does not accept liability for

Any loss or damage however suffered, caused by or arising out of any failure to use the product in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and Any indirect, consequential or economic loss or damage however caused.

This Warranty is immediately void if

Any serial number or appliance plate is removed or defaced.

The product number or appliance plate is removed or defaced.

The product has been serviced or otherwise repaired by a person not authorised to do so by The Vaping Vikings or where no approved replacement parts are used.

The product is designed for domestic use only, If applicable, the product must be connected to the electrical voltage supply as specified in the ratings label located on the product. This warranty does not cover defects arising from non-domestic use or incorrect voltage supply.

This warranty may only be claimed against where proof of original purchase is presented, for example, original paper or email receipt, or invoice.

Any parts of the product that needs to be replaced, or if the whole product needs to be replaced, the replaced product becomes the property of The Vaping Vikings. The warranty on any replacement product or parts will expire on the same date that the warranty period on the original product expires.

The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product which the purchaser has under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and/or any other applicable State and Territory Laws, and applicable laws in New Zealand, which rights and remedies by law may not be excluded. All other warranties and representations, express and implied, are hereby excluded.

The purchaser bears the onus of proving that the defect occurred during the warranty period, and was not caused by any of the causes excluded from this warranty.

This warranty does not cover products purchased second hand.
The purchaser is responsible for all postage and freight charges and any other expenses incidental to claiming against this warranty.

The warranty excludes consumable items (including but not limited to batteries, coils, liquids, wire, cotton) and normal wear and tear.

Warranty Remedies

When you return a product to us for any warranty purpose, The Vaping Vikings or the manufacturer will determine, at our sole discretion, whether the product is faulty and the cause of the fault within a reasonable time frame.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or other fault not caused by you or your actions, we may offer you a store credit, refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with our obligations under the ACL.
In most cases, at our sole discretion, where appropriate and in accordance with our obligations under the ACL, we will offer a replacement for any item that qualifies under the terms of this warranty. In lieu of a replacement, we may choose, at our sole discretion. to offer you a refund, which you may choose to substitute for a store credit with our approval.

Statutory Rights

While individual circumstances may vary and the law is uncertain, the policies set out in this document are intended to provide you with remedies that The Vaping Vikings believes to be consistent with your statutory rights under the ACL in the event of breach of a Consumer Guarantee relating to faulty products.

Our policies are in addition to, and do not limit your rights with respect to, the Consumer Guarantees or any other rights and remedies that you have under the law in relation to the goods sold by The Vaping Vikings.

If you are not satisfied with a remedy under the Vaping Vikings Minimum Voluntary Warranty Policy you can discuss your concerns with a Vaping Vikings Store Manager who is authorised to provide an alternative remedy where appropriate.

The Vaping Vikings will endeavour to try and come up with a satisfactory outcome to your issues.
