FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHT TO VAPE

The WA Health Department has interpreted that vaping accessories such as batteries, chargers, coils and non nicotine e-liquid now fall under the same Tobacco Act 106 as electronic cigarettes do, deeming them illegal to be sold from WA vape stores. There are already vape stores that have had to shut shop and more to come. Please sign this petition and contact your local MP as well as Mark McGowan and our Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson to voice your views on this ridiculous out of the blue decision.
