Legal Action - Vapers' Fighting Fund
On June 19th, the TGA announced new restrictions on the importation of nicotine that would have dealt a lethal death blow to vaping in Australia. The Australian vaping community mobilised to let their MPs and senators know they would not stand for that injustice. The following Friday, Health Minister, Greg Hunt, delayed the restrictions by six months.
We won a small battle, but the fight for vaping is only just beginning.
